14:02 - Snowball

So....bought my first new tv. Seeing as the licence and cable costs the same for a small tv or a large one I opted for the latter to get my moneys worth....

...Then I needed speakers as the tv ones are never that good...and the speakers needed an amp...and the old dvd player wasn't up to putting out such hi res images...

...so yes, it all snowballed into a really nice little home cinema.

I must be getting old though because it took me a couple of days and a lot of web advice to figure it all out!

So much has been going on that I'll need a while to get it all online.

Alex is close to crawling and has walked 4 steps supported. He's very chatty although to be honest it's sounds rather than words...even if it does sound like dadadadadada and mumumumum!

Pictured here is Miew as he is every morning after his breakfast. He'll stay there until his dinner usually. I wish I knew how he stayed so fit and slim! He's 6 - which if he was human would make him 42...sleep, eat, stay fit and slim....there's money to be made if I can find his secret!

We saw this cool interactive toy whilst grocery shopping. It is a keyboard with guitar, drum and horn controls...and an interactive dance mat.
Needless to say that Alex loves it! It helps encourage him to sit up and do things, and also gets him doing some great wobble head David Gray style moves! I'll try to get a movie on the blog soon.
